Here at Sky’s the Limit Press, we’re not focused on stats, trends, or politics. We’re not striving to make a certain amount of income per year or grow our business.
We’re focused on you, dear writer.
We’re focused on giving our authors the very best service we can—from a book they can be proud of to support and encouragement that helps them soar. We’re focused on promoting high quality, God-honoring fiction, whatever it takes.

publishing
If you haven't already guessed, we're a press. We publish books, plain and simple. But we also offer a publishing experience you can't find anywhere else. (Okay, maybe you can, but "an experience you can probably find in a couple other places" isn't the most snazzy marketing hook, now is it?) We take the best of traditional publishing and the best of self-publishing so that you, dear writer, can produce a book you're proud of, establish a lasting platform, and do what God's called you to do!

Unlike self-publishing, we handle all the boring stuff—hiring editors and cover designers, securing copyrights and ISBNs, formatting and publishing—which frees you of the financial burden and time spent on formalities so you can do what you do best: write.
​
But we're a small independent press, so even though we're set up a lot like a traditional publisher, we can give you the time, support, and relationship you need. Say goodbye to crunchy deadlines, pennies for royalties, and being just a number. You matter to us here at Sky's the Limit Press, and we want to work for you, not for the market.

We know firsthand how difficult it is to find resources that apply to you—the teen writer, the homeschooler or hermit, the Christian author, the clean fiction enthusiast—in this world. From writing prompts to story contests, finding content without profanity, explicit material, or secular ideas being promoted is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. It's even more difficult to find articles, guides, and contests directed specifically to young Christian writers.
We know what it's like to feel left out or suppressed, which is why we provide those valuable resources you need to grow as a writer, without comprising your convictions. Your beliefs should be fostered and encouraged, not censored or disregarded. So we want to do everything we can to equip you not only to write well but to write for Christ.
